Surprise!

One day, at school, I had an experience I will never forget. It happened some years ago, when we had to wait to enter the classrooms after we arrived at school. I used to wait in the gazebo, with many other friends. We had to wait about fifteen minutes before entering the classrooms. One day, my bus arrived first to school and I headed to the gazebo. Suddenly, my brother, who was beside me, shouted: CROCODILE!

A crocodile stood beside the fence, steady. I had passed beside it without noticing it. I am ashamed of recognizing it, but I got really scared. After a while, Aquilino came and caught the crocodile with the help of other three teachers. I still don’t know how it got inside the school, but I just hope it doesn’t happen again.
